AJ and Matt were Great! They were highly communicative before, during and after having my Air Ducts cleaned! They kept updating me on seeing if they could arrive early and with the exact time of arrival. They came in explained exactly what they would be doing along on expectations of how long it would take, how they would perform it and made it easy to work around my 5 dogs. We had Josh, Gus and their team clean our air ducts, couch and rugs. They were able to get out old stains and make everything look/smell so clean! My husband used to work in AC and was pleased with how they cleaned our ducts and showed us the before and after photos. We will definitely continue to use coconut cleaning!
Today, Gus & Derrick came by and cleaned out the dryer vent and hose. (Our house is about 7 years old and it was about time we did it and boy was I glad. About 77% of house fires happen in this area of homes, they told me.) As a favor they looked at the AC air return vents and we got a great thumbs up for being clean. They vacuumed the outside vent cover as a courtesy. What nice guys Gus and Derrick are! Coconut Cleaners hired the nicest and most efficient people who all do a good job!
I got a text from Jordan he said he would be here in 15 to 20 minutes got here introduced himself and Paul too. I showed them what I needed to be cleaned and they quoted me before starting the job so Jordan explained the procedure and started to work with Paul in 15 minutes they were done. Jordan offer me other services like tile cleaning air ducts and explained very I'm very happy and satisfied with there service and explanation. Smells clean and looks awesome!
